The Hackish are a three piece, female fronted death grind outfit hailing from North Port,

Florida. This promo truly delivers what The Hackish are about...lethal brutality, precision, and

execution! The Hackish are comprised of Sandra on vocals, Franklin on guitars, and Andrew

on guitars and programming. Using a drum machine with bass tracks is not very easy in

producing the "live", non-digitized sound, however Andrew accomplishes this feat very well.

If I hadn't known from the beginning, I would have guessed there was a live drummer on this

disc! Sandra has no problem hitting the low, gutteral style growls, and the songwriting is

superb as well. A self-titled "death grind wrecking ball", The Hackish deliver on that title.

This promo definitely left me wanting more, and I can't wait to hear what else comes from this

band! Production on this E.P. is very well done, and I (being a guitarist) absolutely love the

guitar tones that Franklin and Andrew achieve. The Hackish are fucking sadistically brutal,

with everything but the mosh pit included!
