Included in your email should be the following:
* MP3s of your album / ep (We'd appreciate it being a current year release)
* A short bio of your band (possibly an album / ep bio, but not necessary)
* Cover art for the album / ep
* Promo pic of the band
* ALL links to your band on websites
This is the protocol for making sure your band gets a review.. going straight to our writer(s) will not be following protocol and will not get your review done!
Our time is valuable and we get extremely busy, so please follow protocol and we all will be happy in the long run!
Labels and PR Companies, if YOUR company is not on our roster of companies we do reviews for, follow protocol, otherwise your bands are going to not be getting their albums and eps reviewed!
This means DO NOT bypass the company and go straight through to our writers!
PLEASE continue sending your promos via haulix, Digipromo Delivery site, Hearthemusic site.. this makes it much easier for us!
ALSO include the same as the bands would.. mp3s, bios, album/ep cover pic art, band promo or logo pic, and ALL links for the bands on the internet, as well as your company's links!!
